About Erva's
Erva's restaurant started its humble begging as a small deli in a family business. As locals and tourists visited our deli the idea of expanding to an established restaurant was made in July of 1997. The Restaurant is a family oriented one and is owned by Erva and her husband Landy Espat. Erva, a professional chef takes absolute pride in the type and quality of meals she personally prepares for her customers. Our Restaurant is spacious and has a cozy verandah where our customers can relax. You can choose to dine inside where the atmosphere is also friendly. Our waiters are courteous and attentive to our clients. We delicately choose the best vegetables, and fruits for our kitchen. The best and most hygeinic meat processing company in San Ignacio, Running W Meats, supply our meats to us.

Our Menu
Erva has prepared a menu that has been approved both by our Belizean and foreign guests. Our breakfast consists of cereals and fruits, or you can choose eggs of your choice served with hash browns ans sausages. Our pancakes and waffles you must try. We complement our breakfast with flour tortillas, fresh bread or fry jacks. We invite you to try our traditional local dishes such as Rice & Beans served with stewed Chicken, Pork or Beef. Our Burritos are made with a large flour tortilla and filled with beans, meat of your choice and vegetables. You might want to try a vegetarian burrito. Dine in the evening and enjoy a nice Chicken Cordon Blu with a delicious sauce, mushrooms, vegetable salad and a baked potato. Our lobsters (in season), fish fillet and shrimp are cooked with butter and garlic and served with lionaise potatoes and a vegatable salad. Our steaks are cooked to your terms and are always tender and tasty. Pork chopsare smoked and served with mushrooms, potatoes and a vegatable salad. We prepare and serve the best pizzas in town. Ask for our vegetarian dishes.
